Founder's Profile

Born in the village Kalyal, Chaksari, Choudhry Muhammad Saeed hails from a family with a strong business and political background in Mirpur, AJK.

Having commenced his early education in Mirpur, Choudhry Muhammad Saeed soon moved to Karachi for his secondary and higher education, and joined his father’s business after his graduation. Later, on the insistence of his mother, he returned to his ancestral city, Mirpur, and started making his sociopolitical contributions to the community.

In 2010, he joined the Pakistan Muslim League (N) and soon rose through the party ranks. In the general election of 2016, Choudhry Muhammad Saeed surprised political pundits by being elected to the Legislative Assembly as a member. Soon, he was also appointed as the Minister for Sports, Youth and Culture. Within his short ministerial career of three years, Choudhry Saeed made unrivalled contributions to Mirpur by establishing a hospital, a college, and a new sports stadium, in addition to building and refurbishing a wide network of roads, up-gradation of electricity transmission systems, establishment of fire brigade and ambulance services in Mirpur, refurbishment of old school buildings, provision of buses to girls colleges, and provision of safe drinking water facilities to the far-flung communities.

Today, as the Chairman at Azad Residencia, Choudhry Muhammad Saeed has envisioned this smart and ultra-modern residential community in the most scenic part of Mirpur city. He is also personally leading and guiding the entire project development.

Chaudhry Naeem Akhtar

Hailing from Mirpur (AJK) and well-settled in Europe, Chaudhry Naeem Akhtar, a Master’s in Business Administration by education, is a reputed political and business leader.

Chaudhry Naeem, in his political roles, has served as Coordinator to PM AJK for Europe, General Secretary PMLN Europe, Chairman Jammu Kashmir Forum Europe, and has had the privilege to represent AJK in the European Parliament as well as the French Assembly.

As a business leader, Chaudhry Naeem has been successfully leading his construction firm for 23 years in Europe, along with his textile import business in Paris. Within Pakistan, he leads businesses in the the Automative, Petroleum (affiliate of General Petroleum) and Food distribution sectors in the major cities of AJK and the Punjab province.

Chaudhry Naeem Akhtar has carried a tradition of Excellence, Integrity, Knowledge and Service for over 23 Years. He believes in teamwork with clients, partners and associates and has a vast experience in driving businesses to excellence within Pakistan as well as abroad.
